Nothing. Upgrades to all Orthanc Software products will always be free forever to all registered
users.
My registration key doesn't work, or has stopped working.
The registration keys for my Pocket PC products are based on the Owner Name of your device.
(Found through Settings | Owner information.) If your key doesn't work, it could be because you provided the wrong
name when registering. Also, one of the services I use to handle sales will (very rarely) send the wrong key. In
these cases, e-mail me your actual device Owner Name, and I will generate the correct key for you. Finally, if
your key used to work and then stopped, it's probably because the Owner Name of your device has changed for some
reason, perhaps because of a hard reset. Restoring it to what it was before will fix this. (Or if you changed the
Owner Name of your device deliberately, let me know the new name and I'll send you a new key.)
Touch Keyboard
How do I create my own keyboards?
You'll find a file called layout.txt in the \Program Files\BigKeys folder of your device. This
file contains instructions for creating new layouts.
DoubleLauncher
Can DoubleLauncher also map the (fill in the blank) button on my device?
Right now, DoubleLauncher can only map a button that can also be mapped by a device's built-in
Buttons utility. (Found through Settings | Buttons.) I'm currently working on a new release that will be able to
see some other buttons on some devices.
DoubleLauncher doesn't see one of my device's hardware launch buttons.
Grab the dlauncher.log file you'll find in the \Program Files\DoubleLauncher folder of your
device and e-mail it to me.
A certain application fails to launch when assigned to a button.
Press the button and let it fail, then grab the launch.log and dlauncher.log files you'll find
in the \Program Files\DoubleLauncher folder of your device and e-mail them to me.
Time Present
I forgot to select a new task from the drop down list at the time I started working on it.
Can I "turn back the clock" and record that task as starting some time in the past?
Click on the hours, minutes, or seconds area of the time display and use the up/down arrows
to set the time you began the task, then select it from the drop down list as usual.
